These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Khalagor BD ("we", "Platform") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing our services through the Khalagor BD website, mobile app, or any other channel, these Terms apply to you automatically.

Khalagor BD is an internationally licensed online betting platform designed specifically for Bangladeshi users. We believe in transparency and fairness, which is why our terms and conditions are written in plain, easy-to-understand language.

• Keeping your password secure is your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

Withdrawals will be limited until verification is complete. Verification is typically processed within 30 minutes.

Khalagor BD strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use our platform.

If we have reason to doubt a user's age, we may request additional identification documents at any time. Failure to provide them will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
• Bets can be placed both before a match starts and during play (live betting).
• Khalagor BD reserves the right to void any bet processed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, bets will be voided and the balance refunded.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the remaining legs will be settled using their respective odds.

Khalagor BD's decision is final in the settlement of any disputed bet. However, you are welcome to contact support if you have a complaint.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts.
• Strategically placing bets to exploit the bonus system (bonus hunting).
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.

You may close your account at any time. Simply contact support, and once verification is complete, your account will be closed.

Khalagor BD may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• For breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Registering with false information.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

The valid balance (excluding bonuses) of a permanently closed account will be refunded, provided the closure is not due to a breach of Terms & Conditions.

Khalagor BD is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction failure due to a problem with your device.
• Delays caused by third-party payment services.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyber attacks).

Khalagor BD always strives to deliver the highest level of service, though we cannot guarantee uptime beyond 99.9%.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
